Job Summary

As a Community Health Improvement Leader at Parkview Health, you will serve as a liaison between community organizations, hospital management, and the Board. Your mission will be to improve the health of our communities by creating synergy and achieving community health improvement goals. You will be responsible for a comprehensive assortment of community benefit duties, including managing data and analysis, developing systems and strategies, and educating clinical and non-clinical coworkers to support Service Excellence strategies.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Public Health or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Three to five years' experience in healthcare and service excellence is also preferred. You must have a passion for helping others, high attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between community organizations, hospital management, and the Board
Manage data and analysis to support Service Excellence strategies
Develop systems and strategies to improve the patient experience
Educate clinical and non-clinical coworkers to support Service Excellence strategies
Oversee and organize efforts to improve the patient experience
Coordinate, recruit, educate, and oversee the volunteer base for the benefit of the respective hospital
