Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. for a 13-week travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a travel RRT, you will have the chance to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RRT licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • 1-2 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
