Overview:

TRC's Environmental Sector is on the lookout for a Service Team Leader to oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) Services within a designated region. The chosen candidate will collaborate with other PSM/RMP leaders to enhance technical expertise, operational practices, and strategic expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Process Safety Management - Risk Management Planning Services in a defined region
  • Formulate strategies for providing PSM - RMP Services to clients
  • Improve branding, marketing, and sales collateral
  • Assist in digital media initiatives for PSM - RMP Services
  • Guide project managers and consultants
  • Perform compliance audits and nurture client relationships
  • Travel to client locations as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of consulting experience in PSM and RMP Services
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA's PSM Standards and EPA's Chemical Accident Prevention Program
  • Experience in marketing, business development, and management
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Capability to operate in industrial settings and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation
  • Experience with anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems
  • Project management experience and familiarity with industry standards
  • Expertise in process hazard analysis, compliance auditing, and management system design

Compensation:

In accordance with local regulations, the salary for this position ranges from $90K to $146,495 per year, depending on experience and other factors.
