As an SAP User / Accounting Operation Support Specialist, you will provide accounting operation support to client users based on client instructions and provide SAP S/4 HANA operation support to client users based on client-provided manuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting operation support to client users based on client instructions.
  • Provide SAP S/4 HANA operation support to client users based on client-provided manuals.
  • Create and manage accounting operation-related documents/manuals.
  • Understand and follow client requests and instructions.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide support services at the service operation time, as instructed by the client and/or company management.
  • Be on standby at the client operation site before the service operation time starts.
  • Be at the client operation site with the clothes instructed by the client and/or company management.
  • Have proactive communication with clients and company management.
  • Understand requirements and instructions/company management and provide services based on the requirements and instructions, including BYOD.
  • Read and understand any company-provided documents and training.
  • Submit company-required reports, attendance for requested meetings, and training courses.
  • Mentor and train new team members if necessary.
  • Follow team manager's requests/instructions to operate IT operation support teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Very flexible mindset and challenging personality against sudden big changes of requests/workflow/rules/responsibility range/environment.
  • Toughness and strong motivation to complete heavy workloads.
  • Strong motivation to reach out goals.
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.
  • 1-2 years' experience of ERP or accounting system operation support (S/4 HANA preferably).
  • 2-3 years' experience of user operation support.
  • 2-3 years' experience of accounting operation support.
Skills:
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • ERP or accounting system operation support knowledge (S/4 HANA preferably).
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • English as required/Japanese as preferable.
Work Environment:

Client's office site.

Physical Demands:

Hold and carry items weighing up to 20lbs while walking.

Travel:

I can travel to both domestic and international business locations, and work after business hours, including weekends and national holidays if required.
