Warehouse Associate Job Description

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our client's operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Accurately label and store outgoing Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments
  • Pack and prepare finished goods for shipping, ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Assemble containers on pallets and secure with banding and stretch wrap
  • Process domestic and international parcel shipments, utilizing Warehouse Management Software
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate and monitor LTL shipments independently, ensuring timely delivery
  • Manage carrier pickups and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for inventory management and reporting
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse pick/pack environment
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret charts and graphs
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with minimal supervision

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. The hourly pay rate ranges from $16 to $17. If you meet the qualifications, please submit your application for consideration.
