Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in Southcenter Mall. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry and/or watch sales, or other luxury sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Authentic Relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience.
- Cultivate Product Knowledge by developing an in-depth understanding of our products and providing product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers.
- Connect with Customers and maintain customer information using our company-supported technology.
- Inspect and Clean Jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.
- Goal-Oriented and Sales-Driven with a passion to exceed sales targets.
- Positive and Enthusiastic work style, exhibiting our company's core values at all times.
- Commitment to Outstanding Customer Service.
- Strong Attention to Detail and high integrity.
- Flexibility with Work Schedule, including holidays.
- Excellent Listening, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills; must be fluent in English.
- Bilingual is a Plus but not required.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Selling Experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.09 per hour, with fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Our full-time or part-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. You will be eligible for health and welfare benefits (provided you meet the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week) in addition to sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.
