Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a stable work environment, opportunities for clinical mentorship and leadership development, and a strong focus on infection control and staff/resident safety.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
Qualifications

Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels. Competitive pay rates are offered, and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
