About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our therapy programs, including neurology, ergonomics, orthopedics, and manual therapy
Requirements
  • State and National Board-certified license or pending board exam
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
