Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations.
- Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with Genesis policy.
- Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain skills and stay current with best practices.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing, three (3) years of nursing experience.
- Nursing Diploma, three (3) years of nursing experience.
- BSN, two (2) years nursing experience.
- Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state.
- Competitive hourly rate: $40-$43 per hour.
- Full-time position with benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401K.
