As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, as well as overseeing all aspects within your pharmacy.

• Personnel Management: Lead and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff to achieve their full potential.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of our pharmacy.
• Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate any potential risks or losses.
• Workflow Management: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $78,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to your compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
