We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals providing private duty nursing services in a home environment. This is a rewarding career opportunity for those looking to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting all care provided in our system of record. You will work independently, providing one-to-one patient care and promoting health education to family members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
  • Providing health promotion and teaching to family members, empowering them to take an active role in their loved one's care
Requirements
  • Maintain good standing licensure (LPN) in the state where you will practice
  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience; however, new graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Current CPR certification is required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting rate of $28 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a 401(k) Savings Plan with Employer Matching.
