Overview

Are you looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? The Enterprise Management Internship is an excellent opportunity to build your professional experience and stand out from the crowd. As a university/college student, you will be part of a team-based environment where you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Participate in performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Qualifications
  • Must be a rising Senior (graduating no later than May 2026) enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 5 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in the month of May 2025
