About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ABS Kids. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children, including behavioral interventions, skill-building activities, and parent training.
  • Conduct progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification through the BACB.
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon hours, including 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p shifts.
