Nova Supports is a leading provider of behavior consultation and early intervention services for individuals with autism and their families. Our mission is to deliver exceptional support and care to every individual in need of in-home ABA therapy.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques, such as Positive Reinforcement Training (PRT) and Network Therapy (NET), to support client progress.
  • Collect and record data on client progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Attend regular training and supervision sessions to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Completion of the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports).
  • Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe.
  • Reliable transportation to client homes.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with autism.
