The Hearing Healthcare Specialist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for individuals of all ages, manage fittings, provide follow-up care, and offer counseling to educate patients on the most effective solutions for their hearing challenges. Our mission is to enrich lives through improved hearing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive community relations.
  • Perform thorough diagnostic hearing evaluations.
  • Implement treatment plans through effective counseling and education.
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices tailored to each patient's requirements.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities to mentor new team members as the practice grows.
  • Support clinical administrative tasks, including communication, documentation, and reporting.
  • Engage in marketing and community outreach initiatives, such as health fairs and educational events.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all patient and business information.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology.
  • Possession of an active CA Dispensing license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and sales capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
