  • Our experienced hair stylists earn an hourly rate of $19.29 for initial onboarding and have the opportunity to earn up to 49% commission + tips in one of three commission level bands: Experienced Level, Expert Level, or Premier Level.">

Job Description

We are seeking skilled hair stylists to join our team at our Lacey location. As part of our team, you will work with wonderful guests, offering expert advice on products tailored to individual needs, and assisting with salon operations when possible to maintain the flow of the guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Washington State cosmetology or hair design license is required.">
  • Two+ years of experience providing services in a high-end environment are necessary.">
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.">
  • Ability to tailor product recommendations to individual needs is crucial.">
