Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Lead at Forum Energy Technologies, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and coordinating activities for the Engineering Team. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and sustaining existing valve product lines. These valves are crucial for meeting customer needs and market demands. Your primary product responsibility will include trunnion-mounted ball valves, with additional work involving gate, globe, check, and floating ball valves.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize current manufacturing and business systems for cost analysis, inventory management, and purchasing information.
Develop comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings, schematic diagrams, and material specifications.
Conduct problem studies to recommend upgrades and improvements for existing products in both field and lab environments.
Perform product testing functions in test lab facilities or field locations.
Successfully complete assigned projects.

Requirements:

Possess advanced knowledge of engineering standards, including relevant industry codes and regulations.
Demonstrate advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Word and Excel.
Proficient with Solid Works or similar engineering design software required.
BS in Technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in design and product development.
Previous people leadership position is desired.
