Host - PBR Atlanta

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at PBR Atlanta. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for an unforgettable night out.

• Manage phone calls and messages, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with guests and staff.
• Maintain a seamless waitlist experience, ensuring guests are informed and satisfied.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring a lasting positive impression.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to provide fast and courteous service to guests.
• Assist with bussing tables and expediting seating to ensure efficient service.
• Anticipate the needs of scheduled special parties, ensuring a tailored experience for our valued guests.

• At least one year of experience in customer service and/or hosting.
• Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to read, review, and understand seating charts.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
