Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery
    • Perform a variety of beauty services, including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
    • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
  • Guest Experience
    • Develop strong relationships with guests through consultations and personalized recommendations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
    • Partner with skin therapists and retail team members to deliver a seamless and well-rounded guest experience.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Follow established service protocols to ensure consistency and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Cosmetology license.
  • Experience
    • Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services (where applicable).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent mobility, continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs., and the ability to stand for long periods of time. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
