Job Title: Mixology Specialist

The Scratch Restaurants Group is a unique fine dining restaurant group, offering an intimate experience with exceptional sushi and sake. We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to create and maintain a unique cocktail program that complements our cuisine. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethics, executive fine dining bar service skills, and knowledge of wine and cocktails.

This role requires the ability to prepare batch cocktails, make beverage pairing recommendations, and maintain a pristine area of operation. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits including employee discounts, training & development, and wellness resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary support to the Front of House
  • Execute the beverage program per company standards
  • Create and maintain a unique cocktail program
  • Prepare batch cocktails and make beverage pairing recommendations

Requirements:
  • Valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol Certifications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with Chef de Cuisine, Management, and Team
