Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a skilled Fine Dining Mixology Specialist to create and maintain a unique cocktail program that complements our exquisite cuisine. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing primary support to the Front of House, executing the beverage program per company standards, and delivering exceptional guest services.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by creating a warm and inviting environment. Knowledgeable in wine, cocktails, and mocktails, with an emphasis on Japanese Whisky and Sake pairings. Communicate effectively with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine regarding guest allergy concerns. Work efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and completing prep work. Make beverage recommendations and assist with inventory control.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol Certifications, professionalism, ability to multi-task, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to work collaboratively with the Chef de Cuisine, Management, and Team.
