Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Geospatial Engineer to join our team. As a Geospatial Engineer, you will be responsible for instilling safety as a top priority, supporting a team of project managers, engineers, and superintendents, and building relationships with owners, design partners, and the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instill safety as a top priority and support a team of project managers, engineers, and superintendents.
  • Build relationships and communicate with owners, design partners, and the workforce.
  • Create and manage 3D models and designs for field users to perform layout work.
  • Perform sUAS photogrammetric surveys and understand and assist with project layout and survey.
  • Oversee delivery, inventory, and warehousing of materials and equipment.
  • Resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce.
  • Maintain as-built drawings, survey records, and manuals.
  • Attend and/or lead meetings.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Competent in the use of computer software applications used for project control and administration, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of surveying, as well as familiarity with Trimble's suite of civil construction field equipment and software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Positive attitude and excellent motivational skills.
  • Time Management, organization, and prioritization skills are crucial.
  • Valid Driver's License.
