Pizza Cook Job Summary

The Pizza Cook is responsible for producing high-quality pizza station menu items in accordance with Parkhurst recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes and produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
  • Stretch dough and toss to attain a round shape for pizza.
  • Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
  • Produce pizza dough daily and ensure proper line presentation, including the use of proper pans, garnishes, utensils, and serving temperatures.
  • Complete daily production sheets and store and date all food items properly.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain an open line of communication with management.
  • Assist fellow team members and follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
  • Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.
