The Construction Execution Team is a vital part of the BLOX organization, employing a collaborative approach to tackle the intricate challenges within the construction sector. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of BLOX, working seamlessly with various departments including Program Management, R&D, Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to enhance the entire value chain.

BLOX Project Delivery Services employs a comprehensive strategy that includes in-house General Contracting alongside self-performing tasks such as Module Set, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, and Finish Carpentry. We manage essential construction aspects like site preparation, civil works, and foundations while delivering modular buildings through an industrialized methodology.

Position Summary:

BLOX LLC is in search of a multi-talented and seasoned carpenter to join our workforce. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities across various modular commercial construction projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as collaboration with team members is key to achieving construction objectives. Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and timely task completion.

Work Schedule:

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with 10-hour shifts. Travel to job sites is a requirement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman
• Possession of a standard set of tools for all listed trades
• Valid identification and/or driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Comfortable working with ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to read and follow safety labels, warnings, and guidelines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
