  • Packing and Shipping: Oversee the packing and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of warehouse associates in order fulfillment and inventory management, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the food industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
