The Server position at Legends Hospitality is a dynamic role that requires exceptional guest service skills while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
- Serve food, beverages, and other items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, running food, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
- Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
- Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college preferred.
- Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures.
