Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of firearms and ammunition, including product features, benefits, and regulations
  • Support sales efforts by identifying and evaluating customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup
  • Ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training, and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in firearms or a related field
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
