Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst will collaborate with leadership and operational teams within Government Medical Services (GMS) to enhance our business management capabilities and expand our health solutions portfolio. This role involves fostering relationships with key industry partners and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth within federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee resources to identify and develop opportunities aligned with GMS's strategic objectives, driving significant revenue growth.
- Meet acquisition and sales targets through securing new contracts and enhancing existing programs.
- Maintain a proactive strategic growth plan and pipeline consistent with corporate objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients for designated opportunities.
- Establish strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Formulate strategies to influence requirements and acquisition processes.
- Identify new business markets and partnership opportunities.
- Adhere to the GMS Business Development process in daily operations and manage communications regarding opportunities.
- Assist potential clients by showcasing technology solutions and capabilities, collaborating with internal teams to prepare responses for inquiries and proposals.

- Proven legal, commercial, and business acumen, particularly regarding compliance and regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in selling medical or clinical services to federal agencies.

- Experience working closely with senior management to ensure consistent messaging and solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required, with a hybrid work schedule available.
