Job Overview

Team Red Dog is seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Engineer to design and maintain scalable, high-performance training infrastructures for cutting-edge AI models. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with researchers and software engineers to create efficient, distributed training systems for large-scale AI models.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and uphold efficient, scalable, and distributed training systems, including data preprocessing, training orchestration, and model assessment.
- Enhance the efficiency of training procedures to improve performance and resource utilization while maintaining scalability and dependability.
- Collaborate with researchers to create training and evaluation pipelines for state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Develop and design benchmarks for evaluating ML models.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Experience with Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
- Proficiency with machine learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed computing and handling large-scale datasets.
- Understanding of state-of-the-art ML techniques and robotics-focused AI.
