We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Sushi Professional at Kura Sushi in Smith Haven Mall.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi to our guests, ensuring excellent food safety standards and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting, preparing, and portioning fish with precision and efficiency
  • Maintaining knowledge of food safety protocols and adhering to cleanliness standards
  • Preparing sushi according to Kura Sushi standards with enthusiasm and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in food preparation and handling
  • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is an asset
Compensation and Benefits:
