Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service and Office Manager to join our team at alts | Alteration Specialists in New York. This is an entry-level/early career role with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to phone calls and emails
  • Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all RFA's, refunds, and other failures of process
  • Properly record and document all garment-related information, including QC checkpoints and ticket processing

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and operations
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry or communications management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
