Job Title: Appian Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business workflows using the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate and build functional requirements into Appian business flows
  • Independently deliver Appian-based solutions
  • Involved in getting requirements, designing, and mapping to business processes
  • Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code
  • Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on timelines and asset delivery
  • Respond to update requests from stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Appian platform
  • Experience in automating business workflows using Appian
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment
