Nurse Practitioner Med Surg PRN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team on a PRN basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical providers, and advocating for patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions, identify changes, and report them promptly to medical providers.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care in the patient's medical record.
- Provide exceptional patient care by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse, with compact licensure accepted.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential.
