As a Mainframe Developer, you will be expected to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.

Essential Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in developing business-critical, enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mainframe programming languages and technologies, including Cobol, CICS, VSAM, JCL, and associated tools.
  • Proficient in DB2 database management and database processing concepts.
  • Familiarity with native stored procedures is advantageous.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting software releases in production settings.
  • Thorough understanding of the overall testing process.
  • Knowledge of distributed technologies, cloud computing, and/or Java programming is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners to define requirements and solutions.
  • Experience in providing estimates and scoping for proposed projects.
  • Capability to conduct detailed analysis for maintenance and enhancement projects, both batch and online.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with effective written communication abilities.
  • Confidence to think strategically, share innovative insights, and propose creative solutions to enhance user experiences.
  • Willingness to adapt and shift focus to meet urgent client needs.
  • A growth mindset, eager to learn new applications and technologies, and share knowledge with team members.
Educational Background

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirement

Minimum Experience: 10+ years
