Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing predictive maintenance, analyzing results, creating reports, and collaborating with leadership to improve the reliability of our attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vibration, ultrasound, oil sampling, and IR predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems throughout the UO theme park environment.
- Coordinate with Ride & Show maintenance teams to access and execute work routes on high-criticality assets.
- Analyze and interpret data results from predictive maintenance measurements, evaluating asset health and communicating findings to ride management.
- Support predictive maintenance projects and initiatives, working closely with leadership, vendors, and other departments to facilitate planning, installation, execution, and evaluation.
- Assist with Motor Circuit Analysis program, performing regular and requested data collection and analysis.
- Document and maintain testing locations and procedures, utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to identify gaps in process and predictive technologies.
Requirements:
- High school degree or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in trouble shooting and repair of complex electro-mechanical systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to attain certifications in Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, and Infrared Thermography within an agreed-upon timeframe.
