Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front-of-house staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the General Manager to achieve financial goals, including managing labor costs, inventory, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
