Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Latino Media Network. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and cultivating new business clients, as well as expanding and growing existing account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate business development leads, and qualify leads generated by support functions
  • Expand and grow an existing account list
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
  • Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts and monitor collections
  • Decide on presentation storyline, positioning, and selling LMN integrated value proposition
  • Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets and revenue goals
  • Attend promotional events and other client networking events
  • Work in partnership with support team on pre-sale processes; prepare drafts of presentations and proposals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of media/radio ad sales experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • Must have excellent client relations skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid FL driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms
  • Previous advertising/media experience
  • Knowledge of Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, and Wide Orbit
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to work from office in Miami, FL
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
