About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Care Options for Kids. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
