Lead Our Emergency Department Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician leader to join our emergency department team at Glendale Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles County. As a physician director, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership for our emergency medicine services, collaborating with our team and hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine services
  • Collaborate with TeamHealth and hospital leadership to achieve departmental goals
  • Maintain a clinical practice and provide direct patient care in the emergency department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • ABEM/ABOEM certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior leadership experience in emergency medicine
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
