Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Staab Construction Corp. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of site-specific construction plans, including forming and pouring concrete walls and slabs.
  • Install and maintain various construction materials, including rebar, sleeves, and anchor bolts.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, such as cranes and excavators, under the supervision of a qualified operator.
  • Perform general labor tasks, including carpentry, cement finishing, and piping.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
  • Participate in regular site clean-up and maintenance activities.
  • Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a construction-related role, with a strong understanding of site operations and safety protocols.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb up to 30 feet, and work in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 300 miles for work-related purposes.
  • Knowledge or experience with wastewater and water treatment is an asset.
