Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver integrated credit solutions to clients while managing ongoing portfolio assessments.
- Underwrite and negotiate new transactions, collaborating with client-facing teams to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough financial statement analyses and risk assessments to ensure accurate client evaluations.
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and performance, proposing optimal financing alternatives.
- Oversee credit quality and the approval process in collaboration with Risk Management and Senior Management.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or finance, with a strong focus on commercial credit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in analyzing and structuring complex financial transactions.
- Strong skills in credit and risk analysis, financial statement interpretation, and negotiation.
- Proficient in identifying trends and risks in underwriting and client selection.
