About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Rose Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse NICU III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill neonates and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current NRP certification through AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics)
  • Associate Degree, graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN is desirable
