Job Summary:
ViaQuest is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Quality Assurance processes for residential services according to company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor continuity between the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and service delivery to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve training and services, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct internal audits in homes and ensure appropriate measures are put in place to correct any deficiencies.
- Advise management on the development, implementation, review, and approval of all plans of correction, as applicable.
- Monitor risk management and ensure implementation of corrective measures to prevent deviations.
- Investigate deviations and provide insight to improve quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Travel to all residential sites in the region to ensure quality assurance processes are being followed.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field (extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities may substitute for degree).
- One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
