Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Duluth, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing your territory through strategic partnerships with retail partners and account teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to drive sales growth
- Leverage business intelligence data to create selling stories and drive results
- Partner with key decision-makers to negotiate and execute business plans
- Deliver on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining "perfect shelf" strategy
- High school diploma or equivalent with fundamental technology skills
- Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated self-reliance with project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Annual salary range: $58,000 - $64,000 based on location, experience, and skill
- Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance

This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus opportunities. You will be eligible to choose one of our Fleet Program options: Company Car with insurance and gas card or Auto Vehicle Reimbursement. You will also receive a monthly stipend for cell phone usage.
