As a Tax Preparer Assistant, you will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, you'll build client relationships that will grow stronger every year. You will be responsible for beginning the tax return by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, assisting with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures. You will ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service. Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely tax preparation services. You will work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
