Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to 5 medical patients per shift, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Engage in relationship-based care, building strong relationships with patients, families, and peers, guided by our values of love and excellence.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in gerontology and acute care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire date.
- One year of experience as an RN; gerontology certification preferred.
- BLS required.
