  • Completion of company-required safety and defensive driving courses.
  • Proficient English language skills, including reading comprehension and written communication.
  • Mathematical skills in number sense, measurement, and reasoning.
  • Broad knowledge of paint applications and uses.
  • Preferred experience in the paint, construction, home improvement, or retail sectors.
