Premier Community Supports is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wasco County.

**About the Role**

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals to support their daily life skills, community interactions, and social networks. You will also have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing a safe and fun environment.

**What We Offer**

  • $23-$26 per hour
  • 401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to 4% employer match
  • Premier pays for 24 hours annual training, OIS & CPR/First Aid Training
  • PT & FT DSPs accrue up to 40 hours of PTO (paid time off) per year
  • PTO cash out option after 1 year
  • No cost health plan available for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
  • Dental & Vision for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment and Premier pays 50%
  • Paid 1st and 16th of the month

**Requirements**

  • Bi-lingual DSPs to support our Spanish speaking individuals
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance (If driving Individual)
  • PCS is a Drug Free Workplace
