Job Overview

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one patient care and treatment according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care to ensure accurate patient records.
Requirements
  • Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
  • Current BLS certification is necessary.
  • Home health experience is preferred.
