Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and market changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance, marketing, or business development.
  • A background in agriculture or familiarity with rural communities is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
